Associate Consultant (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Support projects, operational activities, and client deliverables across multiple functions.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain data, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, status updates, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks and project milestones, track progress, and support issue resolution.
• Document meetings, follow up on action items, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 2.5+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, life sciences, or a comparable delivery-focused role.
• Hands-on Excel experience and proficiency in at least one of SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities, and learn new processes and tools quickly.
