Maintenance Technician IV (Straight Flight)

Location: On-site in Centennial, Colorado, United States; travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations for facilities and systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Train maintenance staff and maintain high competency standards.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and monitor service agreements.
• Ensure maintenance activities follow industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related experience; a relevant higher-level degree may substitute for experience.
• Mastery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Valid driver's license and safe use of tools and equipment.
• Must be able to work on-site, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand and walk for most of the shift, and work in potentially hazardous or loud environments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations.

Nice to have

• Master-level certification in HVAC, electrical work, or a related technical field.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and hand and power tools.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
