Location: Hybrid, with a preferred location in Raritan, New Jersey; Titusville, New Jersey, or Spring House, Pennsylvania may also be considered. The role requires up to 25–30% domestic and international travel.
Base pay range: $178,000–$307,050 per year.

What you will do
- Lead the global communications and public affairs strategy for the neuroscience portfolio.
- Advise neuroscience leadership on external positioning, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Shape consistent global narratives across disease areas, products, pipeline assets, and scientific platforms.
- Oversee communications for launches, major data readouts, lifecycle milestones, and growth brands.
- Coordinate media, issues management, scientific congresses, campaigns, executive visibility, policy, and advocacy activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global communications team while aligning enterprise, regional, and market perspectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Policy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in communications, public affairs, or related external engagement roles.
- Significant experience leading communications for complex, global pharmaceutical portfolios or therapeutic areas.
- Deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical environment, including commercialization, access, policy, and reputational dynamics.
- Proven issues and crisis management experience in a highly regulated environment, with strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and influencing skills.
- Experience leading global teams and integrating enterprise, regional, and market perspectives into cohesive strategies.

- Experience in neuroscience or adjacent specialty disease areas.
- Experience partnering with Public Affairs, Market Access, and Government Affairs functions.
- Global experience across multiple regions and markets.
