Location: Hybrid role based in Raritan, New Jersey, or Spring House, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 base pay per year

What you will do

  • Support global and local communications and public affairs strategies for the bladder cancer portfolio and broader genitourinary oncology priorities.
  • Translate complex scientific data and business strategies into clear messaging, content, and campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Adapt global narratives, materials, and campaigns for local markets and support product launches, disease awareness, innovation storytelling, and reputation-building initiatives.
  • Partner with R&D, Commercial Strategy, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, and regional and local teams to align communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Integrate policy, access, reimbursement, governance, regulatory, and compliance considerations into communications execution.
  • Monitor media, stakeholder, policy, and competitive landscapes; contribute to measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, or a related field with a strong record of results.
  • Experience supporting global or regional communications strategies, including oncology, therapeutic area, product, or portfolio communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific content into accessible messaging and influence stakeholders in a matrixed global environment.
  • Experience with media, digital, stakeholder engagement, congress, and integrated communications campaigns.

Nice to have

  • Experience in bladder cancer or genitourinary oncology.
  • Advanced degree.
  • Communications measurement and competitive landscape analysis experience.
