Senior R&D Engineering Project Manager (Electrical Solutions)

Location: Hybrid role based in Anoka, Minnesota, United States; approximately 10% domestic travel with potential international travel required.

Salary: $89,300–$165,800 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Manage multiple large new product introduction projects in the Cooling Department and support projects in the Enclosures Department.
• Lead product development through the stage-gate process from discovery and development to deployment and launch.
• Coordinate project schedules and partner with engineers and designers on product design activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across project management, engineering, operations, supply, quality, compliance, and related functions.
• Coordinate regulatory and third-party testing activities, identify project roadblocks, and escalate issues.
• Manage project portfolio KPIs, risks, mitigation plans, and improvements to reduce product development cycle time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Ideally 7+ years of related engineering experience, including at least 3 years of project management or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to provide work direction, improve team efficiency, and establish open communication and problem resolution.
• Ability to promote knowledge sharing, strengthen technical capabilities, and enable process improvements.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
