Senior Manager, Project and Construction Engineering

Location: NEMC NORTH EAST MIX CENTER, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Guide project and construction management practices across safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Develop optimum scopes for high-value capital project solutions.
• Select and configure technologies that deliver required product throughput.
• Balance project capital investment and savings goals.
• Drive collaboration and execution with Engineering, Operations, QA, Finance, and contractors.
• Identify low-cost solutions and mitigate business risks throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in project management and/or construction management.
• Experience executing capital projects from concept through design and construction closeout.
• Experience with the Engineering Work Process and capital project delivery is essential.
• Ability to develop concepts, define scope, support design, and deliver projects.

• Advanced Project Management qualification.
