Global Process Manager Accounting (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and objectives for global Accounting processes in line with business requirements, local needs, and BPM methodology.
• Align and optimize end-to-end Accounting processes with Business Process Management, Business Process Experts, and IT.
• Develop business cases and functional roadmaps, and lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cross Services areas and manage the respective teams.
• Define KPIs, monitor process performance, maintain policies and documentation, and ensure compliance.
• Support organizational transformation through Shared Services and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounting processes and their future development.
• Proven leadership experience, credibility, decision-making ability, and experience driving transformation in complex environments.
• Strong business understanding and solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in Shared Service organizations or global process structures is advantageous.
• Fluent German at minimum C1 level and strong English at minimum B2 level; occasional travel is required.
