Stores Man (Subcontractor to Hire)

Location: Melbourne, VIC, Australia; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Support continuous improvement activities and train stores team members as required.
• Represent the purchasing team and support management as the key stores contact.
• Book in goods receipts and manage goods dispatch within agreed time frames.
• Track purchasing KPIs, close service jobs and assemblies, and complete stock counts.
• Manage stock across JCA and maintain a clean, tidy, and organized stores area.
• Assemble and package couplings, mechanical seals, and other products while following safe work practices.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in a stores or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory, goods movement, stock counts, and purchasing-related activities.
• Ability to follow OHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Contractor-3rd Party employee group; subcontractor-to-hire arrangement.
