What you will do
- Pick, label, pack, wrap, and dispatch laboratory automation products.
- Process shipment transactions in Oracle ERP and maintain accurate logistics records.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate domestic and international deliveries with carriers, freight forwarders, and transport partners.
- Source freight quotations, support shipment planning, and handle urgent customer deliveries.
- Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes, inventory investigations, and receiving activities.
- Follow quality, ISO 13485, workplace health and safety, and non-conformance procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong organisational, time-management, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency; MS Office experience is useful.
- Interest in developing a career in logistics and warehousing; previous logistics or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
- ERP, freight carrier, or freight-forwarder experience is advantageous; training is provided.
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one through the provided course.
- Ability to lift and move products safely and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
