Projected annual compensation range: $82,238.15–$136,521.05

What you will do

• Support the NGA Integration Test and Image Quality Office in integration testing and quality assurance.
• Provide independent verification and validation of software, hardware, and information system releases before operations.
• Source, select, qualify, and document components used in technology systems.
• Investigate alternate component technologies and suppliers to improve cost, quality, and reliability.
• Act as the technical interface between suppliers and development engineers.
• Develop vendor-selection guidelines and qualify supplier changes.

Requirements

• Active ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• BS with 2–4 years of experience or MS with 0–2 years of experience in Imaging Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Working knowledge of Image Quality Equations, including their creation and application.
• Basic understanding of simulation, modeling techniques, and image creation processes.
• Knowledge of imagery systems, including PAN, infrared, RADAR, airborne, space-borne, and FMV sensor types.
• Working knowledge of ELTs, MATLAB, mathematics, Microsoft Office, and technical communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GEOINT systems, products, development, AGITK, exploitation software packages, and related plug-ins.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
