Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid with regular in-person client meetings

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 annually; bonus eligible with a target incentive of 5%

What you will do

• Manage 20–40 mid-to-large Commercial Lines insurance accounts as the primary day-to-day client contact.
• Provide proactive client support and Property & Casualty insurance expertise.
• Market and place new and renewal business, prepare applications, evaluate carrier quotes, and recommend insurance programs.
• Manage renewal expirations, prevent coverage lapses, negotiate with carriers, and respond to underwriter questions.
• Process policies, endorsements, and audits while maintaining accurate records in agency management systems.
• Support account growth, participate in internal account strategy meetings, and delegate administrative tasks to Account Representatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines agency.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Must hold or be willing to earn a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Ability to attend regular face-to-face client meetings in person.
• Comfort with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal instruction.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• ARM, CIC, or CPCU industry designation.
• Knowledge of Sagitta or ImageRight.
