SkillBridge Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid in Newport Beach, CA; Alpharetta, GA; Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; New York, NY; or Melville, NY

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annual base pay, excluding bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage a book of business insurance policies, including renewals, expirations, endorsements, cancellations, audits, notices, and invoicing.
• Track open items, maintain renewal schedules, and ensure timely resolution of client and policy-related issues.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and sales and service colleagues during renewal marketing.
• Research client operations and support written materials for presentations and new business production.
• Review existing policies and assist with cross-selling additional business insurance coverage.
• Support existing client relationships and coordinate service delivery across account teams.

Requirements

• Current active military servicemember seeking a SkillBridge transition role, available for at least four months, ideally six months.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to study for and complete the applicable state Property and Casualty or Life and Health licensing requirements.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong service focus, communication, analytical thinking, accountability, conflict management, composure, resiliency, information-seeking, and time-management skills.
