Business Insurance Senior Client Service Representative

Location: Hybrid role based at 100 East Wayne Street, South Bend, Indiana, United States

Base salary: $43,600–$69,400 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, premium records, invoices, and other client documents in the agency management system.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date account data, documents, and reporting information.
• Prepare and deliver client documents, certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, auto ID cards, and other coverage proofs.
• Provide routine client consultation and support Account Managers with internal and external service requests.
• Assist with premium and commission discrepancies, accounts receivable, payment instructions, premium finance agreements, and notices.
• Obtain policy documents, endorsements, quotes, and account information from carrier websites; manage certificate holder lists and account diaries.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of new-hire onboarding.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, timeliness, efficiency, reliability, and service orientation.
• Strong mathematical skills and an understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a state Property and Casualty insurance license.
