What you will do

• Process insurance policies, endorsements, and audits in the agency management system with high accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver client documents via email, US Mail, or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity within the system to ensure accurate reports and output documents.
• Provide routine consultation to clients and act as a backup to Account Managers.
• Manage accounting issues related to premium and commission discrepancies and accounts receivable.
• Issue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and verify coverage for third parties.

Requirements

• Must obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license within 75 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong math skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-oriented approach.
