• Manage and expand an assigned book of commercial insurance accounts.
• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with producers, carriers, and internal service teams to deliver insurance solutions.

• Prepare renewal proposals, exposure comparisons, and premium reviews.
• Resolve billing issues and handle policy changes in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience managing assigned accounts through the full client life cycle.
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance coverages, renewals, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Ability to conduct presentations and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
