What you will do

• Serve as a primary liaison and relationship manager between the company and insurance agents.
• Assess agent strengths and weaknesses to achieve mutual goals for profitable growth and policy count.
• Market and underwrite small business and large accounts according to company standards.
• Monitor agency results and provide guidance on growth, profitability, and share of wallet.
• Ensure agents utilize company systems and initiatives effectively.
• Provide backup support for open territories and assist with overflow underwriting tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colorado
• 6+ years of underwriting experience
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Strong marketing, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internal business software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
