Product Management Senior Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States

Annual salary: $113,200–$188,600 USD, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead product operations and strategic execution for the MoreThanRx direct service portfolio.
• Drive process improvement initiatives that increase operational scalability, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder experience.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reports.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to automate reporting and routine product support activities.
• Translate operational and performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Provider Contracting, Sales and Account Management, Supply Chain Sales Enablement, Technology, Analytics, and Operations teams to support adoption and product growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, product operations, healthcare strategy, process improvement, or related healthcare services.
• Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process optimization, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Healthcare and/or PBM experience; familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
