Senior Product Manager, Inpatient (Healthcare AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in DC Metro, Washington DC, United States

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annual base salary plus bonus

hirify.global is partnering with a fast-growing healthtech company developing Smart Room solutions for inpatient healthcare.

What you will do

• Own key capabilities within the Smart Room platform strategy and roadmap.
• Define product direction across software, AI capabilities, hardware, and technology partnerships.
• Lead platform scope decisions, vendor selection, and build-versus-buy tradeoffs.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and AI teams to turn strategy into shipped outcomes.
• Conduct user research and customer conversations focused on inpatient nursing workflows, patient experience, virtual care, and customer priorities.
• Own outcomes related to adoption, customer value, revenue targets, pricing inputs, and commercial success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with increasing scope and ownership.
• Experience building and scaling 0-to-1 products.
• Healthcare experience, preferably involving inpatient nursing workflows, patient engagement, virtual care platforms, or adjacent healthcare solutions.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, platforms, or hardware partnerships.
• Strong product judgment, communication skills, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and remain accountable for outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with inpatient nursing workflows, patient engagement, virtual care platforms, or closely adjacent healthcare solutions.
• Healthcare experience.
