Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in an office in Burlington, Renton, Spokane, Vancouver, Portland, Medford, Salt Lake City, Boise, Lewiston, or Fargo. Candidates must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate. Some travel is required within the U.S. office footprint.
Annual salary ranges vary by level and location: Product Manager II $100,000–$171,000; Product Manager III $113,000–$208,000; Product Manager Senior $129,000–$228,000. Bonus targets are 15% for Product Manager II and III in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah, and 20% for Product Manager Senior in those states.

What you will do
- Own the vision, backlog, delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes for a HEDIS data and analytics product domain.
- Build production-ready data and AI features using Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex, and Cortex Code.
- Develop strategies and roadmaps for data enrichment, analytics, quality assurance, and agentic analytics.
- Translate complex business objectives into clear product requirements for engineering and analytics teams.
- Identify and deliver use cases for AI-powered insights, automated reporting, and enhanced data discovery with responsible AI practices.
- Guide developers, analysts, engineering, data governance, architecture, operations, and program management through complex product decisions.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Administration or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 6 years of healthcare product management experience for Product Manager II, 8 years for Product Manager III, or 10 years for Product Manager Senior.
- Working fluency in SQL, modern data platforms with Snowflake preferred, dimensional modeling concepts, and BI or visualization tools.
- Experience evaluating or delivering generative AI features in a data and analytics ecosystem, with sound judgment regarding responsible AI.
- Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management, and influence-without-authority skills.
- Healthcare payer data knowledge, including health informatics, clinical care and analytics, claims and revenue, or medical and pharmacy data, is preferred.
Nice to have
- MBA.
- Experience with SIGMA or willingness to learn it quickly.
- Experience with consumer-facing software and services or a startup environment.
