Senior Manager, Product Performance (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-PA; must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship. Travel of up to 10% is required, including out-of-state and overnight travel.

Pay range: $107,700–$199,300 per year.

What you will do

• Drive product performance across assigned products and multiple lines of business.
• Monitor commercial product portfolio performance and refresh strategies to achieve financial plan targets.
• Execute initiatives to manage medical, unit, and selling costs and improve profit and loss performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and health plan leadership to define and execute strategic priorities.
• Evaluate product enhancements against strategic, enrollment, and retention objectives.
• Prepare executive leadership for regular interactions with state regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience using analysis to develop and manage initiatives that improve financial performance.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience collaborating with corporate leadership and health plan leaders.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, data analysis, or actuarial services.
• Experience in healthcare administration or managed care, including health plans, providers, or health systems.
