Product Specialist COE (Healthcare)

Location: Hingham, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $84,240–$102,960 per year, plus variable pay eligibility

What you will do

• Support healthcare product assessments, enhancements, implementations, and ongoing lifecycle initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain timelines, work plans, RAID logs, and status documentation.
• Manage product operations documentation and tracking systems, including JIRA workflows, SharePoint materials, and operational trackers.
• Support sales and client requests, standard RFP responses, product collateral, reference guides, playbooks, web content, and educational materials.
• Assist with regulatory filings, product performance metrics, KPI tracking, reporting requests, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Compliance, and vendor teams while contributing to process improvement.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare product management, product operations, project coordination, healthcare administration, or a related healthcare business function.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, timeline management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across matrixed teams, and escalate issues when strategic guidance or rapid resolution is needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare payer products, provider networks, navigation solutions, and consumer engagement strategies.
• Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar collaboration and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
