TL;DR
Energy Manager (Energy Markets): Developing and implementing energy management strategies for the LI business, optimizing energy contribution across sell-side and buy-side activities with an accent on market analysis, supplier negotiations, and contract management. Focus on optimizing margins, leading energy management task forces, achieving P&L targets, and supporting technical solutions that improve project economics.
Location: Houston, TX (HO) – customer installations; hybrid schedule

What you will do
- Develop and implement energy management strategies based on market context.
- Lead negotiations with energy suppliers and negotiate energy contracts.
- Engage in lobbying activities related to energy markets.
- Evaluate energy contract implementation and propose margin optimization strategies.
- Lead energy management task forces and achieve P&L and energy performance targets.
- Support the sales team with technical solutions and project economics optimization.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience and expertise in energy markets.
- Experience and expertise in the LI business model.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Houston, Texas, at customer installations.
