Engineering Interface Manager (Energy)

Location: Houston, TX, United States; full-time with travel required.

What you will do

• Coordinate technical, commercial, and regulatory interfaces across engineering, permitting, and procurement.
• Connect internal teams with external engineering firms, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure alignment across EPC project stakeholders and manage interface-related risks.
• Drive issue resolution from design through construction and project closeout.
• Manage multiple complex interfaces for natural gas compression and power generation facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience supporting EPC projects; compression, gas processing, or power generation experience is preferred.
• Experience coordinating engineering, permitting, and procurement activities.
• Strong understanding of EPC execution, system integration, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple complex interfaces simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
