Site Supervisor (Gen Gas)

What you will do

• Direct and monitor operations at generated gas facilities supplying gaseous nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen to onsite customers.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, Basic Safety Performance, and process safety management standards.
• Troubleshoot plant process and mechanical issues, coordinate maintenance, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Drive plant efficiency, execute site projects, and manage administrative responsibilities within planned maintenance budgets.
• Collaborate with plant, distribution, maintenance, technical support, asset management, and regional teams, as well as contractors.
• Provide 24/7 on-call response to plant alarms and shutdowns while maintaining strong customer relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial operations or maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership, planning, computer, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience operating generated gas facilities or air separation fractional distillation processes.
• Veteran experience and background.
