E2E Supply Leader - Tepeji Plant (Hidalgo) (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive operational excellence by executing health, safety, environment, and quality foundations.
• Manage the line's Daily Management System and coach colleagues on standards and Integrated Work System progress.
• Lead continuous improvement cycles, loss elimination analysis, touch mapping, and weekly Hoshin activities.
• Use Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS, or similar tools for data management and visualization.
• Support digital solution adoption through integration, training, and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional site networks to define value-creating solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in any engineering field; process engineering background is preferred.
• Proficiency in digital analytics and data visualization tools such as Databricks, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong project management, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues and apply a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work onsite at the Tepeji plant in Tepeji del Rio, Hidalgo.

Nice to have

• Experience managing RTT Daily Management Systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety and quality standards.
• Experience with loss elimination, RE analysis, and Integrated Work System methodologies.
