Product Manager, Growth & Developer Experience (AI Agents)

Location: Based in Canada; remote work across North and South America depending on role requirements

What you will do

• Own the complete developer evaluation journey from discovery and onboarding through credential exchange and the production decision.
• Define evaluation stages, success criteria, metrics, and shared reporting on conversion, friction, and adoption.
• Improve developer-facing experiences across SDK quickstarts, CLI onboarding, console setup, APIs, documentation, templates, and error messages.
• Identify and reduce developer friction, including time to first credential exchange, by partnering closely with engineering.
• Convert field-engineering and solutions workflows into scalable, self-guided guides, reference architectures, in-product guidance, and reusable templates.
• Run experiments, observe developers during evaluations, and collaborate with Developer Relations, Marketing, Sales, founders, and engineering.

Requirements

• Product management experience with developer-focused products where evaluation, adoption, or activation were important metrics.
• Technical fluency with SDKs, APIs, CLI workflows, product data, SQL, and analytics platforms.
• Strong judgment in developer experience, usability, onboarding, documentation, error messaging, defaults, and technical interfaces.
• Experience with data-driven product development, instrumentation, experimentation, customer collaboration, and cross-functional delivery.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and a strong understanding of the emerging agent ecosystem.
• Strong written communication, autonomy, bias toward action, and comfort operating in an ambiguous category.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping production code or working closely with engineering on technical decisions.
• Experience productizing field playbooks, proof-of-concept guides, or solutions-engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, token exchange, delegation, MCP, or A2A.
• Experience with lifecycle messaging, developer documentation, quickstarts, templates, product analytics, or experimentation platforms adopted by real users.
