Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: USD $160,200–$425,000 per year, plus potential bonus, stock, benefits, and other rewards depending on the role.

What you will do

• Own customer-facing products end to end, from discovery and strategy through launch, iteration, and measurable customer impact.
• Build prototypes, validate concepts, and iterate using customer feedback, telemetry, data, and product intuition.
• Define product direction, success metrics, roadmap priorities, and experimentation plans.
• Partner with engineering to evaluate technical approaches, architecture, implementation tradeoffs, and product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market teams.
• Develop experiences across hirify.global Copilot, core productivity, platform, and enterprise capabilities, including developer-facing APIs and services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, product design, or a related field; alternatively, a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building and shipping developer-facing products or features.
• Experience scaling products through experimentation and customer-driven learning.
• Experience taking products from 0-to-1 and scaling established products.
• Technical experience with front-end products, API design, SDK design, or developer-facing platforms and tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and agentic developer tools.
