Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for new AI capabilities supporting complex critical-event response workflows.
• Conduct customer interviews, workflow walkthroughs, market research, and competitive analysis to define problem statements and product opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on specifications, acceptance criteria, prioritization, iterative delivery, testing, and launch readiness.
• Use Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex, and similar AI tools to build prototypes and validate concepts with customers.
• Define success metrics, analyze product usage and customer outcomes, and use findings to guide prioritization.
• Enable Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support through positioning, training, demos, and practical product narratives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product or major product area.
• Experience taking a product or major capability from zero to one, from problem definition through initial customer releases and measurement.
• Experience with agentic or AI-native products, workflow automation, process orchestration, integration platforms, or agentic tooling.
• Working knowledge of AI and LLM-based product capabilities, including appropriate leverage and guardrails.
• Strong analytical judgment, systems thinking, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software.

Nice to have

• Experience in critical event management, emergency communication, security, safety, or business continuity.
• Experience with product enablement or go-to-market support.
