Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple domains.
• Write detailed PRDs and functional specifications using AI-first workflows.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery and translate requirements into scoped features.
• Manage external vendors and integration partners from evaluation through go-live.
• Present roadmap and status updates to executive leadership.
• Define requirements for LLM-based features, evaluate data with SQL, and build alignment across Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Data Analytics, and AI/ML.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments.
• Track record of shipping products in delivery-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML products, conversational AI, NLP, or messaging platforms.
• Fluency with APIs and integrations, plus SQL proficiency.
• AI-first working style and experience using AI tooling to improve product output.
• Strong written communication, vendor and partner management, and cross-functional leadership in a fully remote organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, implementation, sales, or customer success.
• Technical fluency for reading and reasoning about code in AI-assisted development environments.
• Experience prototyping product ideas and working across enterprise and startup contexts.
• Experience with enterprise healthcare products, insurance payers, and related compliance or regulatory constraints.
