TL;DR
Product Manager (AI) (agent identity and developer experience): Turn Keycard’s hands-on evaluation process into a self-guided product experience across the SDK, CLI, console, documentation, and template repositories with an accent on evaluation milestones, instrumentation, and time-to-first-credential-exchange. Focus on productizing field-engineering workflows, analyzing evaluator drop-off, improving API and CLI ergonomics, and building self-guided paths for secure agentic applications.
Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

What you will do
- Own the evaluation journey from first contact through first credential exchange and the production decision.
- Define evaluation milestones and metrics used by product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Own the developer experience across SDK quickstarts, CLI onboarding, console setup, documentation, and template repositories.
- Instrument the evaluation journey, identify drop-off points, and reduce time-to-first-credential-exchange.
- Convert field-engineering walkthroughs and playbooks into self-guided evaluation paths, reference architectures, and in-product guidance.
- Partner with engineering, DevRel, marketing, sales, and field engineering to improve evaluation and adoption.
Requirements
- Product management experience with a developer product where evaluation and adoption were core metrics, such as developer tools, infrastructure, API platforms, or security products.
- Technical credibility with engineers, including the ability to assess SDK quickstarts, participate in API design discussions, and analyze data with SQL or an analytics tool.
- Strong product judgment for developer experience, including CLI usability, error messages, defaults, and documentation structure.
- Hands-on use of AI tools and close familiarity with the agent ecosystem.
- Instrumentation-led approach to product decisions and clear written communication.
- Remote work must be performed from the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Engineering background with shipped code.
- Experience productizing high-touch motions such as field playbooks, proof-of-concept guides, or solutions-engineering work.
- Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, token exchange, delegation, MCP, or A2A.
- Experience with product analytics, experimentation frameworks, or lifecycle messaging.
- Documentation, quickstarts, or templates adopted by developers.
