What you will do

• Own the self-serve journey across signup, trial, activation, and monetization.
• Analyze product usage and event data to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
• Run a continuous test-and-learn cadence across the customer funnel.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to scope, sequence, and ship experiments.
• Define success metrics and connect roadmap decisions to customer and revenue outcomes.
• Operate independently with a small autonomous team and own the resulting roadmap outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, ideally owning a self-serve or product-led growth funnel end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of how software is built, packaged, deployed, and operated.
• Strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and measurable product improvements.
• Comfort working directly with production usage and event data.
• Excellent written and spoken English at a fluent professional level; comfortable working asynchronously in a distributed team.

• Experience with acquisition loops, activation loops, and product-qualified leads.
• Background at a Product-Led Growth company.
• Experience with hirify.global, Git, or Git workflows.
