TL;DR
Schedule Analyst (Aerospace): Developing and integrating program- and enterprise-level schedules for national security space launch programs with an accent on schedule compliance, performance analysis, and reporting. Focus on critical path methodology, schedule quality assessment, execution metrics, and analyzing integrated master schedules for senior leadership.

Location: On-site in El Segundo, California, United States

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on education and experience

What you will do

  • Provide schedule analysis support to Assured Access to Space and the National Security Space Launch Program.
  • Work with government program office teams and contractors to assess integrated master schedule information against program baselines.
  • Perform schedule management activities for National Security Space Launch product lines.
  • Develop, integrate, and publish program- and enterprise-level schedules.
  • Analyze schedules and report performance results to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of schedule analysis experience, including at least three years in a space program environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
  • Knowledge of critical path methodology, schedule quality, schedule execution metrics, and schedule management best practices.
  • Familiarity with PASEG, GAO scheduling and cost estimating guides, NDIA predictive measures guidance, IPMDAR, ANSI/EIA Standard 748, and the DCMA 14-Point Assessment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project, as well as OnePager Pro.
  • Minimum Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Nice to have

  • Space Launch and Range program acquisition and execution experience.
  • Experience with systems engineering, large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, or cost estimating.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Jira, and space systems development.
