Location: Onsite at a customer facility in Huntsville, Alabama, United States. The role typically follows a Monday–Thursday, 10-hour workweek, with occasional overtime or weekend work.

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and deliver Integrated Master Schedule updates in the customer-required format.
- Perform schedule variance analysis and provide weekly and monthly updates to customer scheduling personnel.
- Support resource loading, forecasting, program planning sessions, coordination meetings, and status events.
- Maintain action item logs, meeting notes, forward-looking activity plans, and risk, issue, and opportunity reports.
- Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams and cross-functional engineering and program leads to align schedules, plans, and milestones.
- Support hardware documentation, compliance certifications, configuration management, and customer deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project engineering, program coordination, or schedule integration in an aerospace or defense environment.
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedule development, schedule analysis, or program planning tools.
- Experience supporting risk, issue, and opportunity management processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical and programmatic meetings.
- Active, in-scope U.S. Secret security clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to work onsite in Huntsville are required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with complex hardware development or test equipment programs.
- Familiarity with Boeing Opportunity Risk and Issue System (BORIS).
- Background in Project Planning & Control, Earned Value concepts, or Integrated Product Team coordination.
- Experience with configuration management or certification documentation.
