Integrated Master Scheduler (Project Management, Senior Analyst)

Location: On-site in Charleston, South Carolina, United States; travel up to 10%. The schedule may change based on company or contract requirements.

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule across applications, projects, and major initiatives.
• Consolidate project schedules, milestones, releases, migrations, approvals, and critical activities into a portfolio-level view.
• Track cross-project dependencies, critical paths, schedule conflicts, sequencing issues, and downstream impacts.
• Monitor milestones, identify schedule risks, and report activities trending behind schedule.
• Create portfolio roadmaps, milestone reports, dashboards, and executive-level schedule views.
• Coordinate with project managers, product managers, engineering teams, stakeholders, PMO leadership, and Federal Government clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program scheduling, planning, or a related PMO role in a complex multi-project environment.
• Strong knowledge of milestones, dependencies, critical paths, schedule variance, and schedule risk.
• Experience integrating multiple project schedules and preparing executive-level reports, roadmaps, and milestone views.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across technical and executive stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Nice to have

• PMI-SP and/or PMP certification.
• Experience supporting Federal Government programs or complex IT environments.
• Experience with software development, application modernization, or cloud migration initiatives.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management concepts.
• Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, Jira, Power BI, Azure DevOps, or similar scheduling and reporting tools.
