TL;DR

Shift Leader (Manufacturing): Operating and configuring production systems in Dong Nai–Long Thanh with an accent on process control, machine setup, production parameters, and deviation analysis. Focus on correcting manufacturing issues, managing raw material requirements, and preventing accident risks.

Location: Dong Nai – Long Thanh, Vietnam

What you will do

Operate process systems and maintain flawless production processes through strong process knowledge.
Select, assemble, configure, and adjust machines and production units according to guidelines and production orders.
Start production and monitor parameters and machine components throughout manufacturing.
Analyze deviations and determine corrective measures.
Retrieve pre-ordered raw materials, calculate remaining requirements, and support achievement of planned order quantities.
Identify accident risks and take preventive action.

Requirements

University graduate.
At least 3 years of experience on a production line.
Fluent English required.
Experience in interlining, textile, or garment production is preferred.
