Production Team Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Khu Công nghiệp Đông Nam, Hòa Phú, Củ Chi, Vietnam; onsite shift work

What you will do

• Lead morning and evening shift handover meetings and manage staffing to achieve production targets.
• Monitor machine speed, hourly output, order completion, scrap levels, safety, sanitation, and 5S standards.
• Assign staff and coordinate support for machine-related problems and production incidents.
• Guide, check, train, and coach employees to follow production processes and good practices.
• Prepare production reports and provide hourly updates to the Supervisor.
• Investigate KPI shortfalls, develop action plans, participate in daily MDI meetings, and coordinate improvement initiatives with Supervisors and related departments.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in a technical field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 5+ years of directly related experience, with 1+ year of team leader or equivalent experience preferred.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Strong production control and process innovation skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach a diverse team performing varied tasks.
• Strong customer focus, coordination, planning, decision-making, and written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with ELS Operating Principles.
