Location: Tây Ninh, Vietnam; full-time shift work

What you will do
- Manage projects for new item development.
- Follow and review sample, First Order Deployment, and sampling processes.
- Define manufacturing specifications and requirements for new samples and products with other departments.
- Resolve technical issues related to sample design and production.
- Confirm that new samples meet requirements for mass production.
- Support technical matters, train new staff and operators, and contribute to process and product improvement projects.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of production, process control, and sample development processes.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience managing printing orders and sample orders.
