Developer, Product Development (Footwear)

What you will do

• Support footwear product development from early development through confirmed sample sign-off and production execution.
• Work directly with vendors to transition footwear designs from prototypes into production.
• Review tech packs with overseas teams and vendors, ensuring specifications are accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate with raw material sourcing, tooling, supply chain management, and other teams to meet development and delivery timelines.
• Manage sample material transfers, trims, second-upper processes, wear-test samples, and lab-test samples.
• Communicate product, shipping, and tracking information between factories and overseas teams while supporting product quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the footwear industry.
• Advanced knowledge of footwear products, materials, and the product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English required.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural partners, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Chinese language skills.
• Strong understanding of fashion footwear and trends.
