Technology Technician (Continuous Improvement)

Location: Onsite at Lot E01, Trung Tam Road, Long Hau Industrial Park, Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc District, Tay Ninh, Vietnam

What you will do

• Join or lead projects that improve existing processes and develop new production workflows.
• Identify and implement solutions to reduce material waste, operating costs, and machine downtime.
• Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and improve product consistency and Customer Complaint Rates.
• Lead or participate in capital investment projects, machine upgrades, and system automation evaluations.
• Provide technical support to other departments to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.
• Train new staff and operators on standardized procedures and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• University or college degree in a technical field such as printing, industrial management, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position; fresh graduates with excellent academic results and an open mindset are also welcome.
• Knowledge of production, process control, and sample development processes.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills using DMAIC, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagram methodologies.

Nice to have

• English communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar systems and software.
