What you will do
- Handle first-order deployment and order sampling.
- Troubleshoot machines and support operators with machine and quality issues to maintain continuous production.
- Operate and support printing software and color-quality systems, including Mellow Color, ColorCert, and GMI.
- Monitor complicated orders and help ensure on-time delivery, output targets, and scrap-rate targets.
- Train new operators and report machine safety, productivity, and status issues to team leads and maintenance.
- Maintain 5S standards and safety in working areas.
Requirements
- University, college, or vocational education in a technical field such as printing, garment production, industrial management, mechanical, electrical, or chemical studies.
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar or related position.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Availability to work 8- or 12-hour shifts.
