Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain - Systems Protection

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, US

Compensation: $241,500.00–$359,000.00 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integrated supply chain operations across 30 manufacturing locations and 9 distribution centers worldwide.
• Define and execute the segment supply chain strategy, including digitalization, sustainability, advanced planning, supplier partnerships, and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive Lean and operational excellence, factory consolidations, expansions, product transfers, automation, value engineering, and new factory setup.
• Oversee demand planning, S&OP, forecasting, logistics, transportation, ihirify.globalory, warehousing, quality, and EHS operations.
• Partner with engineering, product development, finance, and commercial leaders on product launches, platform strategies, acquisitions, and global footprint optimization.
• Improve cost structure, service, productivity, working capital, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while developing a diverse leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Enterprise-level strategy experience combined with tactical execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience driving transformation and embedding Lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Proven experience recruiting, coaching, and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with commercial, finance, product, engineering, and innovation leaders.
• APICS/CPIM or CPM certification is strongly preferred.
