Sourcing Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Columbus, OH and Kirkland, WA.

Compensation: $102,700–$263,000 USD annual total target compensation, depending on U.S. geographic zone.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives with business stakeholders and Category Managers.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, competitive bidding, market research, supplier assessments, and benchmarking.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, analyze bids, and present sourcing recommendations to decision-makers.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance, innovation, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the full contract lifecycle in partnership with Legal, Finance, and business teams.
• Analyze spend and market trends, improve procurement processes, maintain sourcing records in Coupa and other eSourcing platforms, and mentor Buyers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related discipline within a multinational or global organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with procurement technologies and eSourcing platforms, preferably Coupa.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
