Director, Supply Chain Operations (Energy Storage)

Location: USA-TX-Houston. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead the Supply Chain operating framework, governance model, operating cadence, and decision-making structure.
• Own governance for supply chain systems, business processes, analytics, master data, and data integrity.
• Standardize global processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier operations.
• Partner with Transformation and IT teams to deploy new systems and processes, drive adoption, and sustain operational improvements.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, predictive analytics, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve escalated issues, and build a high-performing team focused on operations, analytics, reporting, and process excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Operations, Process Excellence, Analytics, or related roles.
• Experience leading global process improvement, systems transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and related business processes.
• Experience owning systems, analytics, governance frameworks, business process management, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Proven executive stakeholder inhirify.global, cross-functional leadership, team development, analytical ability, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or related advanced degree.
• Experience with ERP, planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and reporting platforms.
• APICS, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, energy storage, renewable energy, or capital equipment.
