Vice President, Global Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

Location: North Charleston, South Carolina, United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; domestic and international travel is required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global supply chain and procurement strategies supporting growth, manufacturing excellence, customer service, resilience, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Lead integrated business planning and the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee global procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, category strategies, and direct and indirect spend.
• Lead logistics, transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, distribution, and global trade compliance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, data and technology adoption, working-capital optimization, and supply-chain transformation.
• Build leadership capability, succession pipelines, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and cross-functional alignment across the global organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, operations, global trade compliance, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site, global supply chain and procurement organizations, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, category management, and supply-risk mitigation.
• Experience overseeing global import/export operations, customs compliance, international trade regulations, and trade-risk management.
• Proven success with enterprise supply-chain strategy, integrated planning, inventory optimization, logistics, procurement transformation, and organizational change.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, analytical problem-solving, executive communication, stakeholder management, and talent-development skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline required.
