DVP, Logistics, Materials & Global Repair (Aerospace)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; hybrid, primarily working in the office. Global travel of up to 25% is required, and valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $228,000–$382,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Lead global logistics, materials, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, and repair operations supporting in-flight entertainment and connectivity assets.
• Set multi-year strategies, operating plans, financial plans, KPIs, and transformation initiatives for the division.
• Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, inventory optimization, and EBITDA improvement.
• Modernize operations through ERP integration, AI/ML, predictive analytics, automation, robotics, business intelligence, and connected operational systems.
• Ensure global repair centers meet quality, turnaround-time, cost, customer satisfaction, aviation regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Lead a geographically distributed organization of more than 250 employees across North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and emerging markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, business administration, aviation management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or technology.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience managing large, multi-site organizations and complex multinational operations.
• Experience leading global repair or supply chain operations, large budgets, capital investments, and P&L responsibilities.
• Expertise in aviation MRO, inventory planning, forecasting, S&OP, logistics, supplier management, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with enterprise digital transformation, AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, automation, and ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or RAMCO.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in business, engineering, supply chain, or data analytics.
• APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or aviation maintenance management certification.
• Experience with predictive maintenance platforms and connected aircraft technologies.
