Product Support Specialist - Non-Acute Sales (Medtech)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; travel within and outside the state required up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $54,000–$81,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support sales partners and gain hands-on exposure to the Sales Representative role.
• Lead and manage product trials, product conversions, and PV implementations.
• Coordinate project resources and ensure customer goals and objectives are met.
• Maintain customer relationships and conduct weekly business-status meetings with customers and sales representatives.
• Monitor project progress, communicate status, and coordinate timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives, management, product divisions, and assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of sales or customer service experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent and at least four years of related experience.
• Experience developing presentations for audiences at different levels.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes, within the state and out of state.
