Associate Sales Representative, Advanced Surgery - Phoenix, AZ (Advanced Surgery)

Location: Remote within the assigned U.S. geographic territory; candidates must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it. At least 50% travel is required, potentially across several states and including remote or urban areas.

Salary: $66,400–$91,000 annually, plus sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global’s Advanced Surgery portfolio, including hemostats, sealing, and tissue products.
• Cover surgical cases with existing surgeons and communicate outcomes, changes, and opportunities to regional and account managers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot regulators and spray equipment.
• Conduct product education and in-service training for healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships while supporting on-label product usage.
• Work with regional and account managers to develop territory plans that achieve financial goals and quotas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of experience, or at least 4 years of relevant sales or operating-room experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and social skills.
• At least 50% travel and residence within, or willingness to relocate to, the assigned geographic territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
