Sales Support Specialist (Cardiac Monitoring)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Base salary: $40,000–$55,000 per year, plus a commission target.

What you will do

• Process, review, and track customer and sales orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Respond to customer, patient, and sales inquiries about orders, inventory, shipments, and accounts.
• Create and maintain customer accounts in NetSuite and Validic, including billing, pricing, documentation, and account updates.
• Support lead processing, new account setup, operational reporting, exception logs, and escalation of customer or patient concerns.
• Coordinate with the third-party warehouse provider to resolve delayed, missing, or damaged shipments.
• Assist with inventory intake, tracking, and recycling of cardiac monitoring devices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales support, account support, order management, or a related field.
• Experience processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting operational workflows.
• Experience with billing, pricing, account management, or customer records.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems, NetSuite, Validic, healthcare or medical devices, inventory management, logistics, or warehouse processes is preferred.
