Clinical Sales Specialist II (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote - Oregon, United States; overnight travel of 50% or more is required.

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 annually, plus benefits and variable compensation of up to $20,000 based on achievement of 100% of the annual sales objective.

Provides Masimo medical products, measurements, and data solutions for healthcare customers and hospital systems.

What you will do

• Support Masimo products and maintain relationships with clinicians and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Consult with healthcare partners to identify solutions that improve patient care and reduce costs through automated patient management.
• Partner with the Account Manager to develop customer strategies and achieve territory sales objectives.
• Advise on workflow solutions, identify opportunities to expand solutions, and provide advanced troubleshooting and product support.
• Lead or support on-site implementations, evaluations, and additional clinical projects.
• Prioritize and plan work independently and with sales and clinical specialist teams to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
• PC literacy and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel extensively and meet current state and/or professional license requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting company insurance requirements; ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, and extended standing.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of critical care or related clinical experience.
• Leadership experience and a record of developing trusted client relationships.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse qualification.
