Senior Territory Manager (Medtech)

Location: Burbank District, Burbank, California, United States; onsite, full time. The role requires at least 50% travel, sometimes on short notice.

Salary: $110,936.02–$165,865.50 base pay and target incentive range.

What you will do

• Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers across the designated region.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare analyses, surveys, and client reports.
• Support equipment pickup and delivery, service coverage, and responses to mobile laboratory or equipment failures.
• Deliver educational content on medical devices and lead onboarding for new clients.
• Build relationships with departmental and mid-level client management and support the introduction of new services.
• Improve service quality, process efficiency, compliance, and coordination across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of hospital sterile processing departments and operating room environments.
• At least 50% travel availability, including short-notice travel, plus a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Proven leadership, team-building, matrix-management, organization, and customer-presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn company-specific programs.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and perform required office and communication activities.

Nice to have

• Five years of management, sales, or customer service experience.
• Two years of Central Sterile Processing Department or Operating Room experience.
• Knowledge of the assigned region and client landscape, service delivery logistics, and cost efficiencies.
• IAHCSMM or CBSPD certification; certification may be obtained within six months of hire.
