Service Technician - Trailhead (Residential Facilities Maintenance)

What you will do

• Complete work orders efficiently, maintain quality, and close them in the tracking system.
• Support property turns, preventive maintenance, inspections, and general upkeep of resident apartments and public areas.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors, escort them onsite, and support services such as snow removal and landscaping.
• Maintain organized and clean shops, storage areas, back-of-house spaces, and property grounds.

Requirements

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance, maintenance technician work, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Availability for an after-hours on-call rotation and response to applicable inclement weather situations.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
